Within your video, make a mention to your viewer that if they liked the video, they can click the thumbs up icon and leave a comment. In addition, encourage them to share it on Facebook, Google+, Twitter and all the other sites for more social media juice.

 

Encourage Those Who Comment On YouTube To Visit Your Site

 

You'll find that many comments will be for information. What a perfect way to answer their question and then encourage them to visit your site for additional information. You can put your website address in the comment field but you if you add the http:// to it in order for it to be clickable, I have found that your reply will not post and you will get an error message. Apparently YouTube doesn't allow those kind of links. You are also able to email them privately so you will want to make sure to include your marketing message, which should include your website link, in your signature line of that email.

 

Subscribe To Other People's Channels And Comment On Their Videos

 

Just as commenting on other individual's blogs increases your exposure to their readers, you can do the same in YouTube. You can also "friend" them by subscribing to their channel. One of the benefits of signing up for someone's channel is getting notifications of when they add a new video. 

 

When you watch their videos, give them a like. Those likes also go to your Facebook stream for more social media juice. 

 

Again, the more you are open and encouraging others to connect with you, the greater chance you will have to develop a relationship with them. This is one more powerful and free avenue for your customers to get to know you and possibly do business with you in the future.

    I have been in the music industry most of my life. I have a solid back ground in the workings of the music industry. I have read most music books,including"This Business of Music" first and ninth editions. I have over forty (40) years of experience. I have been in big bands as well as small combos,and had been lead soloist in most of them. I improvise very well. I am trying to appanage a 501C 3 status for exciting corporation, named" Jazz Up Front Communications". To start my own non- for profit low - income music school in Denver,Colorado. Named: The Donald Wilson Creative Freedom School. In this school studies will include Music Theory 1 & 2, Music Appreciation which will cover Classical,Traditional Jazz, Funk and R & B and how they relate to each other. Composition: The ability to write ones music. Stage Prescient: video and recording,and the understanding of music contracts. The school is for all ages and will provide development training if you have a group of your own.All styles.
